Urad Dal Kachodi ki Piththi is meant for preparing the fried kachodis, that can be relished with aloo ki sabzi aur chutneys. This can also be used in preparing stuffed paranthas or Rotis, which taste heavenly. It can be mixed with shredded paneer/ cheese and used as a stuffing for chillas or may be sandwiches as well for a unique flavor.
