Ways to Relish
While the simplest way to relish our Methi Chutney is obviously to have it as a side dish in your lunch, breakfast and dinner, it taste is great to enjoy with fritters, samose, kachodi as well. Another way, and quite different one, to use it is when you prepare your aloo or lauki curry. After you have sautéed or shallow fried the masala and added water for preparing these veggies, add this chutney to the boiling water. It will lend the curry the taste you get at the halwais’ and make the gravy thick, rich and aromatic.
Keep it in an airtight container, away from heat and moisture, after opening. It can be used for upto 1 year from the date of manufacturing.
