Badi Elaichi/Black cardamom is also known as Hill cardamom. It has a spicy sweet taste and can impart a strong flavour and aroma to the dish it is added to. Black cardomom can be used for cooking stews, curries, biryani and making Garam Masala.

Can be used upto an year when stores in an airtight container, in a cool and dry place.
